I work on decision intelligence: the unglamorous question of whether an organisation can tell, afterwards, why it decided what it did, and whether that ever changes what it does next. Most enterprises instrument everything except their own decisions. I build the systems that close that loop, and I am writing about what the building teaches.
Notes are on their way. They will mostly be about decisions: how they are recorded, how the outcome finds its way back to whoever made them, and why the loop stays open in so many places that ought to know better.
